Breakfast: oatmeal with a banana and peanut butter.

Snack: 2 small apples and a thick slice of home made bread.

Lunch: cabbage and sausage.

Snack: quest bar

Dinner: chicken and veggie stir fry.

Snack: hot chocolate and a few dried apricots. A square of dark chocolate.

Workout; crossfit for 40 mins
